These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and services provided by AC Squared (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received

2. Digital Products

Digital images are delivered via an online gallery or download link

Customers receive a personal-use license only

Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

Editing, altering, or applying filters to images is not permitted without approval

3. Printed Products

All prints and products are produced through professional labs

Colors and cropping may vary slightly from what is displayed on screens

We are not responsible for minor variations in color, brightness, or finish

4. No Refunds / All Sales Final

Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed

Please review your order carefully before submitting

5. Order Issues & Replacements

If an order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery

We may offer a replacement at our discretion

Proof of damage (photo) may be required

6. Turnaround Time

Digital images are typically delivered within 1-7 days after the session

Printed products may take additional time depending on the lab and shipping

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed

7. Photography Services

We provide photography services at scheduled times and locations

Customers are responsible for arriving on time and prepared

We are not responsible for missed photo opportunities due to late arrival or absence

8. Image Selection & Delivery

Image selection and editing style are at the discretion of AC Squared

We strive to deliver high-quality images consistent with our brand style

RAW (unedited) images are not provided

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or venue restrictions

In the unlikely event of complete image loss, liability is limited to the amount paid

10. Privacy & Image Use

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Images may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless a written request to opt out is submitted

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
